SUMMARY


Oversee and participate in communication, partnership and brand management activities in the District. Develops, Manages and Coordinates the District events, activities and functions of designated programs including District/School/ Department recruiting/retention events to ensure all events are supported equitably and that all groups have access to attend. Assist, plan, review and participate in the activities and operation of the Strategic Partnerships and Communication Department. Supervise, direct and evaluate assigned staff.


 


Develop Advertising RFP and RFQ proposals as needed.

The Program Manager for the Lapan College and Career Club will manage all of LC3's programs. This position will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with the Director of Operations.  The Program Manager is a key member of a very dedicated and passionate team who are willing to do what it takes to support youth.  This Program Manager will work with the LC3 staff and support students’ academic journey through professional development, tools, experiences, and mentorship.  Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Operations in programmatic grant writing process and administration, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of grants.  The Program Manager will provide oversight of the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of all programs targeting Lapan middle and high school and college students. The Program Manager will directly supervise program staff that includes, two Program Coordinators and will provide active oversight of eight Instructors as well as sixty student Interns and Mentors

This position will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with the Director of Operations.  The Program Manager is a key member of a very dedicated and passionate team who are willing to do what it takes to support youth.  This Program Manager will work with the LC3 staff and support students’ academic journey through professional development, tools, experiences, and mentorship.  Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Operations in programmatic grant writing process and administration, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of grants.  The Program Manager will provide oversight of the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of all programs targeting Lapan middle and high school and college students. The Program Manager will directly supervise program staff that includes, two Program Coordinators and will provide active oversight of eight Instructors as well as sixty student Interns and Mentors

Administrative Assistant, Senior - Legal (Effective XXXX-XXXX SCHOOL YEAR)

SUMMARY
Provides administrative support and maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive issues and judicial proceedings to the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) Legal office.  May have additional functions specific to area of assignment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Four (4) years Business/Office Experience


OR


Three (3) years experience working in a legal office


Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping practices and principals
Proficient using word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Supervisory Experience


Prior Experience working in an educational legal office
